Carmel and Vincente went above and beyond when a sweatshirt I received was not the right size. The sweatshirt was incorrectly marked by the manufacturer and was 2 sizes smaller than the originally ordered sweatshirt. In a weeks time they were able to get me the right size and have it screen printed.
