There is not much more that I can say than that Fully Promoted and Carmel Abbgy are the best merchandisers in Grand Rapids, MI. We have been working with Fully Promoted and Carmel since May 2023 and from day one we have been blown away. Fully promoted service and system in which they do things are quick, effective and efficient! Our team and our clients in our office love the "Swag" that they create for us based on a simple idea. I have not had to do more than say yes or no it feels like because all of their ideas have been spot on. Carmel is special! She truly cares so much about me and my team. When Carmel arrives at the office which a box, everyone is excited because they know that she has helped create something special for them and our patients. I truly appreciate Carmel's dedication to what she does, but what I truly appreciate, is the person that she is. She is one of the best people I have worked with here in Grand Rapids, MI and even when she is waiting on me (which she usually is) for approval, she keeps me accountable and gives friendly reminders and asks, "How can I help?" Those 4 words are so important to hear as a business owner as I am always juggling multiple plates! She is more than just "someone I work with" she is truly a friend, and WE appreciate her so much. Carmel and Vincente went above and beyond when a sweatshirt I received was not the right size. The sweatshirt was incorrectly marked by the manufacturer and was 2 sizes smaller than the originally ordered sweatshirt. In a weeks time they were able to get me the right size and have it screen printed.
