Fully Promoted SW Fort Worth was so easy to work with. Jennifer Garrett the owner walked me through every step of ordering promo items for my company. She had great ideas and helped me think outside of the box for my project. Once ordered, I had my promo items in hand quickly. The customer service was awesome and she kept in touch throughout the process. Definitely will be using Fully Promoted and Jennifer Garrett again in the future! Very professional and friendly.

We’ve been working with Jennifer at Fully Promoted for all our horse barn gear, and she has been absolutely fantastic! Our orders involve a wide variety of items, including hats, visors, shirts, sweaters, rain jackets, coozies, vests, athletic wear, and the list goes on. Each item requires some level of customization, and Jennifer has managed everything with such ease and attention to detail. She works diligently to ensure every product is done to perfection, no matter how complex or specific the request. What truly sets Jennifer apart is how easy she makes communication. She is always responsive and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is exactly as we need it. We know we’re not the simplest of customers, but she handles all of our requests with a smile and professionalism, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and highly recommend Jennifer and Fully Promoted to anyone in need of customized gear!
