I’m usually a good planner. I rarely let time get the best of me. Well, I had a very important production event and to show my appreciation to a “stellar cast” I ordered shirts from a local vender. With four days until show time, when I picked up the shirts, the production name was spelled wrong. I was told that a redo of the order could not be done prior to the event date. I was in tears and at a loss. I had people traveling from Chicago and Springfield – I couldn’t cancel. Then I remembered Fully Promoted. I brought in a couple patches from the 1970s for my brother. They did an amazing job creating digitized files for me to embroider. I have previously had a book bag embroidered for my grandson and it turned out perfect. The staff is very pleasant to work with and really care about the customers.
