I contacted Fully Promoted through an organization that I belong to in order to purchase some items. Shopping was easy. Communication in regard to an incorrect pricing issue on our end was communicated to me. I made the order and it was fulfilled quickly. I was very happy with the long sleeve T and had that I purchased!

I've used Fully Promoted for a few years now. They do a great job and pay attention to detail, which I appreciate. The owner and the main guy there have always been kind and respectful. I'm reading these 1 star reviews from these nasty people and wondering why they feel so entitled. Last time I was in here, this crazy lady came in and demanded they do 3 pieces and wanted it right away. I had placed an order for 75 pieces 3 weeks ago. The lady felt like they should stop everything they are doing and make her pieces. That's not how a business works. I've always treated them with respect and received the same back from this business.

We ordered embroidered uniforms for our crew. We had many options. The quality was great and the crew is happy. The owner is very engaged and customer service was excellent. Definitely a five star service and product quality.
