I’m usually a good planner. I rarely let time get the best of me. Well, I had a very important production event and to show my appreciation to a “stellar cast” I ordered shirts from a local vender. With four days until show time, when I picked up the shirts, the production name was spelled wrong. I was told that a redo of the order could not be done prior to the event date. I was in tears and at a loss. I had people traveling from Chicago and Springfield – I couldn’t cancel. Then I remembered Fully Promoted. You see, about a year ago, I ordered some team tumblers, and I just didn’t factor in that they print shirts too. Go ahead say it, silly me – I know. I immediately made contact and was told that they can do the order and have all the shirts ready the day before the event. The production event was a success and the cast felt special and appreciated. Fully Promoted went over and beyond! They finished the job, as promised. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and customer experience. That former business didn’t work with me – they lost sight of who matters the most – customers!
