Tom and his Fully Promoted team went above and beyond for us in helping make a wish come true! We reached out to him regarding doing embroidery on a conductor hat for a wish child receiving a custom train set. Tom was very responsive to all emails, walked us through what type of files we would need, and went through every other detail with us to make sure we received exactly what we were looking for. He was able to complete this project in a very tight turnaround time, and even donated his services and materials, and made a goody bag complete with cookies for the child. Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to help me embroider 350 jackets. Turned around the product quickly with everything packaged nicely. Took the time to send photos of what the embroidery looked like and made suggestions on how to make it look even more professional. Would highly recommend.
