Counselor Top 40 Distributors 2024: No. 21 Fully Promoted
Success was measured differently in 2023. A year after three-quarters of the Counselor Top 40 posted large increases – with jumps of 50%, 60% or even 70% being far from uncommon – normalcy returned. Last year, just 10 companies had double-digit percentage growth, while over 40% experienced flat or declining sales. Numbers that were cause for concern in 2022 became reason to celebrate a year later.
The lack of big gains and declines brought stability. There is one new distributor to this year’s list (Artcraft Group, returning after a one-year absence). Meanwhile, the top 10 distributors finished exactly the same as last year.

Headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, Fully Promoted grew by over 3% last year and added 33 new franchise owners. The company just launched a new website and has a new back-end platform named Fully Promoted Connect that President and Counselor Power 50 member Andrew Titus says will streamline services and information access for franchise owners. Placing on Entrepreneur’s 2024 Franchise 500 List, the firm expects sales growth between 5%-10% by the year’s end.
