DOHA, Qatar (September 9, 2008) – Hasan Yousef Al-Sai has been granted a Master License to develop franchises in Qatar for Fully Promoted, the world’s largest embroidery franchise. Al-Sai will develop the award-winning brand by launching a flagship location in Doha, Qatar in March of 2009 with his partner, Ali Jaber Al-Kuwari.
