We had bags custom embroidered for our product line and the end result looked great. The reason I feel compelled to write a great review is not just because the end product was professionally done and exactly what I wanted, it was the over-the-top customer service that DJ and his team provide that really gained my trust and loyalty. I am a surgeon and we are a demanding profession. Our lives are all about accuracy, precision, and professionalism - it is often hard to live up to my expectations but DJ and his team at EmbroidMe surpassed them. Thanks again for your great service and an outside product.

These guys really are great! I'll vouch for the immediate attention and very quick to get things done when really needed. DJ was great to work with and really knowledgeable about the products. I've worked with several EmbroidMe's all over the country and that's always been a great experience, they all have quality products, quality work and great staff. This one however, has truly exceptional service! What a joy to work with people like this! If you are reading these reviews to decide if you should work with them, seriously, call them up, right now. I love the staff. I love the work they do. I love the store. Bookmarks, Bingo goods, and so much more. They are always there for me. I wish them all the success in the world. it's a terrific place and experience. That Liz is remarkable on those machines. Nice, nice experience!!!!
