They are knowledgeable and AMAZING. They are always able to help with the various projects I bring to them. In the last 7-years they have helped with embroidered baby gifts, backpacks, violin bags, laptop bags, work shirts for our plumbing company, writing pens to pass out to customers, shirts for our Disney vacation, shirts for an upcoming concert, a safety vest for my Rodeo committee, blankets, etc. The list really goes on and on! Kim and Art are simply amazing. I have never submitted something and not had it back in the time promised. Their sign clearly spells out the turn around and as long and I am proactive in getting them the order form and payment in the correct amount of time I always have my stuff before it is needed. If you want top notch embroidery then you have found your spot!

I have used Kim and her team on 2 separate occasions and both times my shirts/hats came out great! It is great whwn someone cares about your logo as much as the business owners do. Thank you Kim for all the patient work!
