I approached Sandra and the Fully Promoted team with several last minute requests after our normal vendors dragged their feet. Sandra was confident that her team could deliver on time. She beat her original estimate by nearly 18 hours within a 5 day period. After showing off the finished products to our team of employees, they are already asking me what colors we can order for our next trade show in November. 11/10 would recommend. Sandra’s dedication and willingness to help, while performing miracles in and out of state, have shown me that my company and I matter to her.

Fully Promoted Carlsbad has incredible customer service. They provide premium options for apparel and promo swag, and are thorough in their communication and embroider design, while still being prompt and meeting deadlines. (Even with the short lead time I provided.) I worked closely with Sandra and she was so pleasant! Highly recommend all of their services.
