Fully Promoted has a world class team supporting all locations worldwide. As a part of the Business Retail Division of United Franchise Group, there are many individuals with years of experience in the franchising world available to provide knowledge and resources to all Fully Promoted Stores.

Garrick Jacobi has owned and operated Fully Promoted since 2011. His work ethic, drive, vision, and creative insight are what make him a great leader. His desire to make a difference in the lives of his team, clients, and family are what keeps him going, and what also keeps him up at night. Without the support of his lovely wife and three children, he wouldn't be where he is today.
Micah has been working at Fully Promoted for 10 years. He started in the back as a production associate and is the most experienced production employee at the shop. He graduated from Boise state in Fall of 2020 and leads the team as the Operations Supervisor. He enjoys basketball, fitness, and hanging out with his beautiful wife. Micah and his wife are expecting their first baby girl and if we know Micah, he's going to be an amazing father. Big thanks to Micah for always making sure the guys have the product they need, when they need it. He is always in touch with our clients and is one of the most detail oriented individuals on this team.
Mike has been working at Fully Promoted for 5 years and has worked his way up to managing the entire sales operation. Mike can literally talk to anyone. He absolutely loves people, making them laugh, building relationships, and making us all click together. As the lead sales guy, he's responsible for helping this team reach it's goals consistently. As a former army veteran, he's leadership, drive, and work ethic are a constant reminder to the rest of us. He is constantly stepping up to the challenge, working through failures, and making us a better team each day.
Brian Lyskoski is FP's head bus dev guy. He is an integral part of our operations, scheduling, hiring, and management team. After two years of making our Screen Print operation smoother than, well you know the rest, Brian is all about the process. No matter what Garrick throws at him, he always puts his mind to it. His strong desire to make things operate in the absolute most efficient manner is what separates him from the pack. As part of the leadership team, Brian is responsible for "how the sauce is made". Big thanks to his efforts and constant willingness to make us a better team for our clients and in our individual lives.
Nate Hill has been working at Fully Promoted for a little over 4 years. A family friend to the business we eventually talked him into working for us. Fast forward 4 years and he now runs all the embroidery production. Nate is a Youth Pastor at a local church and donates most of his time outside of work to serving others in the community. His heart to serve, respect for his team mates, and role as a leader in this business have given us all an example that we should follow. Thank you Nate for everything you do. You are so special to this team.
Michael Bingman, aka "Bing Man" has been working at FP now for just over a year. Starting out as one of our screen print operators, Mike is one of the few production employees that has literally worked in each of our departments. His attention to detail, willingness to adapt, and drive to succeed have made him a huge part of our team. He found his passion in the wrap room though and that's where we're keeping him. Mike is also one heck of a BBQ man and for that we thank him. Big thanks to Bing Man for always stepping up to the challenges we throw at him.
Chad Remains as his fans call him, is one special cat. Chad's relentless love for his team, amazing attitude, and leadership are some of the many awesome characteristics he resonates. His rock'n'roll attitude makes him such a fun dude to print with. His years of screen print experience he brings to our team are so invaluable. The constant history lessons, stories, and jokes make you feel like he's your uncle. The uncle that tells you what you should and shouldn't do, picks you up when you're down, and kicks you in the butt when you need to straighten up. Big props to you Chad. You are the man.

Kannan started his career as Oscar the Grouch. We've encouraged him to smile more as he's got quite the handsome smile but it's a work in progress. As a former United States Marine, he's been trained by America's finest. His laughter, fun jokes, hard work, and attention to detail make him a critical part of the team and we are proud to have him as our newest team member.
Tyler See has been working at FP for just over a year now. He's a newly wed, puppy parent, and hard working client account specialist. He can also rip on the guitar! Tyler loves helping clients find the solutions to their problems. He's constantly following up with clients, building relationships, and hitting his goals. If you need help with Swag, Tyler's got your back.
What can we say about Matt.. he's awesome. That's it. Just kidding! Matt's been a friend of the FP Idaho team for over a decade now. As a former Master Sergeant in the Army National Guard, he's spent his last 20+ years serving our country. Now retired, he's just having fun with his friends making swag, making people laugh, and like Olaf, he loves warm hugs.
